New patients are expected to establish credit with the clinic by paying cash at the time of their first visit. This will be waived if a valid insurance card from one of the payors listed above is shown at the time of this visit. Patients who establish credit may ask to be billed for services. Payments, in these cases, are due within 30 days of the date of billing, unless previous payment arrangements have been established.
